In compliance with Law No. 28251 and the provisions promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), Cusco Manta Tour S.R.L. reaffirms its commitment to the prevention and eradication of the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) associated with tourism and travel.
Our company maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of commercial sexual exploitation of minors, promoting responsible, ethical tourism that respects the fundamental rights of all individuals.
- We categorically reject the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in Peru and throughout the world, especially when linked to tourism and travel activities, as it constitutes a serious violation of human rights.
- We condemn and denounce any conduct that promotes, facilitates, or tolerates the sexual exploitation of minors through tourism services, facilities, or tourism-related activities.
Cusco Manta Tour S.R.L. adopts and supports principles of conduct aimed at protecting children and adolescents against all forms of sexual exploitation and human trafficking related to tourism.
All members of our organization actively commit to implementing preventive measures and responsible actions to contribute to the protection of minors.
- Maintain an ethical policy of absolute rejection of the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism.
- Continuously inform and train our staff on prevention and awareness measures related to the protection of minors.
- Promote visible messages, information, and symbols that reinforce our commitment against the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
- Include ethical clauses and commitments in relationships with suppliers and strategic partners within the tourism sector, jointly promoting responsible tourism free from child sexual exploitation.
